We try very hard to keep our postage at an affordable rate for our customers. Postage is currently FREE, STOREWIDE, however, excludes furniture and or Bulky items or items sent straight from our distributor. It will say the postage estimate for these items on product description page. We will contact you with the correct amount of shipping for these items if they exceed what you have already paid. You will then have the option to proceed or cancel this order.
We would like you to read our Purchase & Shipping Terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products (the Products) via our website.
Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase & Shipping Terms, which constitute the agreement between RuggaBub trading as RuggaBub Boutique (we, us, our, or RuggaBub) and you.
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, RuggaBub is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
All prices quoted on the Website, or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.
Our prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered Products to you.
RuggaBub will only accept payment for the AfterPay, ZipPay, Stripe & Paypal.
After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order (this email may end up in your junk folder).
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Queensland. If you purchase any of the Products on a non-business day, we will process the order on the next business day.
Some of our orders are shipped from our distribution centre, which is located in Melbourne, the next day after full payment is received.
If you cancel your order, you will incur an admin fee of 8% on the total amount.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Please note that by giving us the permission to use ‘Authority to Leave (ATL)’ with your order, all insurances cover for the loss of goods will no longer apply. Neither RuggaBub nor the shipping company (ie. Australia Post, Fastway or other couriers) will be liable for any damages or loss of goods after the order is delivered when ATL is applied.
An item that weighs 22 kg or less will be dispatched with eParcel that is Australia PoInternet-enabled freight system.
Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of your item at various points in the delivery process via Australia Post’s online tracking tool.
When your order is dispatched, you will be emailed a consignment number. You can use the number to track your order at the Australia Post’s website.

For item that weighs below 22kg with a lower cost than eParcel, the item will be dispatched with Fastway. You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your orders are dispatched. Fastway provides reliable courier distribution service across Australia. Their comprehensive fleet and professional team will ensure items delivered safely to your door.
Parcels dispatched with Fastway are collected from our premises on a daily basis. Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of your item at various points in the delivery process via Fastway’s website.
A non- PO Box address is required for Fastway’s delivery. If you fail to provide the correct information, your parcel will not be dispatched until the accurate in formation is received by our customer service representative.
Parcel that weighs over 22 kg will be dispatched with Allied Express. Allied Express is the biggest and independently owned courier company in Australia with offices in all major mainland capitals.
Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to track you items through the Allied Express website. Allied Express will contact you prior to delivery via SMS or phone number.

Undeliverable PackagesIn the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.
Inaccurate addressYour personal information could be collected while you visit our website, when you deal with us over the telephone, send us correspondence (could be by letter, fax or email), or when you have contact with us in person. No personal information will be collected by us without your consent. We consider that your consent is granted when you complete the fields necessary to facilitate a transaction through this website.
Unsuccessful Delivery AttemptIf no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mail box for you to pick up your parcel in your local Post Office. If your item is delivered by Toll IPEC and Allied Express, arrangement will be made in advance to ensure your item to arrive at your door at your convenience. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.
Rejected by ReceiverIf your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.
The expected time delivery given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service representative.
Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse to ensure our distribution centre can dispatch all goods efficiently at all times.
Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.

Any return of Products to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

VENDOR RETURNS POLICIES
Flokati Rugs Return Policy:
Please email us within 15 days of purchase to make a return.
Returns must be in their original packaging and unused (you may unpack and place on your floor to see if it suits, but it must be unused).
ALL Returns incur a restocking fee equivalent to the freight charge we paid to our courier to get the item to you.
Where the customer requires a full refund and is not exchanging for another design, a 20% restocking fee applies.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
